You are invited to join special guest Jess Nicks, a Mindset Coach and Sound Healing Practitioner, for a one-hour session designed to support deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a full mind-body reset.
You’ll be encouraged to get comfortable, either lying down or seated, while Jess gently guides you through a restorative sound journey in a safe, soothing and supportive environment.
A sound bath is a mindful experience where people are immersed in sound vibrations created by instruments such as singing bowls and gongs. You simply allow the sound waves to surround you, helping to quiet the mind and encourage a deeply relaxed state.
If you are feeling stressed, overwhlemed, busy or just in need of a little wellbeing or self-care top-up. Or this could simply act as a lovely act of kindness for your mind and body that works so hard for you...then please do come along. This is a free gift that will keep on giving :)
Benefits of a sound bath can include:
