Drop in to connect with yourself, others and the joy of crafts
You are invited to take an hour for yourself, or drop in for as much or as littlw as you like- to step away from screens and reconnect with yourself, others, and a mindful craft activity.
Enjoy an arts and crafts activity, and take time to move from the fast pace of life into a “flow state,” where we can feel calmer, more centred, and relaxed.
Everyone is welcome. No prior experience is needed, and all arts and crafts materials are provided :)
