Mindful Craft & Connect - Moulsecomb - The Venue…

You are invited to take an hour for yourself - to step away from screens and reconnect with yourself, others, and a mindful craft activity.

Mindfulness and (secular) meditation are forms of training the brain to live more in the present moment. They help reduce stress levels and increase moments of peace, joy, and purpose in life.

Each week we will begin with a short meditation, enjoy an arts and crafts activity, and take time to move from the fast pace of life into a “flow state,” where we can feel calmer, more centred, and relaxed.

Everyone is welcome. No prior experience is needed, and all arts and crafts materials are provided :)
